The Dangers of Skipping Supplements

Are you feeling tired, sluggish or experiencing slow weight loss? It could be your supplements …or lack thereof!

Do you know why you need to take the required replacement supplements daily while on the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method? While on Phase 1 & 2 of the program we have taken out key food groups to unbalance your diet and allow for fat loss. In order for the body to continue functioning properly we need to take the required nutrients to replenish the loss of vitamins and minerals that are essential to our health and wellbeing.

Skipping supplements or using outside supplements not formulated to the Ideal Protein program (aka the jumbo bottle of fish oils or potassium from Costco just won’t cut it) can significantly slow your weight loss!

Some easy tricks to getting in all of your supplements are to set an alarm on your phone, pack them in a weekly pill container once a week, or keep them with your tooth-brush to ensure you are getting your morning and evening set when you brush your teeth (you will need to keep the cal-mags you take with the snack elsewhere, or brush your teeth again and make your dentist happy)!
